Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? Utility Staffing Group, a leading commercial staffing company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our market presence.

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs

- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions

- Represent Utility Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities
