Business Development Associate

Sebastian Tech Solutions is hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow our enterprise technology, AI consulting, cybersecurity, and government contracting business. This is not an order-tasking sales job. This is a hunter role for someone who wants to build relationships, create opportunities, and grow with a company that will invest in them. We are looking for potential more than pedigree. If you have 10-20 years of enterprise technology sales experience, we're likely not the right fit. If you're intelligent, driven, curious, willing to learn, and looking for a way to get into the real world of tech sales, we'd like to meet you. What you'll do: Build relationships with business and government decision-makers Prospect for new opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email and phone Schedule and participate in executive discovery meetings Develop presentations, proposals, and customer communications Learn enterprise technology, AI consulting, cybersecurity, cloud and government contracting Work directly with company leadership on business development strategy Use AI tools to sharpen your research, writing and productivity What we're looking for: A college degree is not required. What matters is whether you can communicate, learn, and produce. Strong written and verbal communication, including professional business writing Ability to build a clean, executive-level PowerPoint Organization and personal accountability Confidence talking to professionals and executives Comfort using AI tools in your daily work Background in business development, recruiting, sales, customer success, banking, insurance, staffing, or relationship management is helpful but not required.
