Must be able to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and special work instructions as necessary. Must have the ability to recognize abnormal operating conditions, correct and report to supervisor in a timely and responsible manner. Must be able to perform various mechanical functions as assigned. Must have the ability to perform sampling procedures and to follow chemical process procedures. Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma plus two (2) semesters of college Chemistry and/or Physics is required. Experience: One (1) year or less related work experience is required. Must have the ability to wear a respirator. Must be able to obtain and maintain DOE "Q" security clearance.
