Who You Are As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be the face of DIRTT in your territory, City and or State—partnering with distribution, building influential relationships, creating new opportunities, and showing customers how DIRTT delivers smarter, faster, and more adaptable construction solutions. What You’ll Do: Partner with Dealers on joint sales calls, customer tours, and market-facing engagements that showcase DIRTT’s value and strengthen partner-led growth. Lead Dealer Quarterly Business Reviews, with Regional Director participation as required, to align on pipeline health, market priorities, performance opportunities, and growth actions. Engage with your teamincluding Regional Directorto develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue/sales goalsincluding major strategic opportunities. Track and transition opportunities from prospects to closed opportunitiesin the CRM; work to expand scope throughout the design processincluding providing additional scope opportunity direction.
