ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative at Peter Mugo Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. , you’ll deliver the kind of customer experience that strengthens long-term relationships and directly supports the growth of a successful insurance agency. You bring a sharp eye for detail, genuine customer service skills, and a real desire to help people—every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own customer inquiries end-to-end : investigate, resolve, and follow through with accuracy and care
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure information stays current and reliable
• Support retention strategies by strengthening relationships and helping customers stay covered
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure customers receive fast, consistent service
• Provide proactive communication to reduce repeat issues and improve the overall customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual Spanish preferred (especially for expanding support across our community)
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience preferred (but coachable attitude matters most)
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in fast-paced or high-stress situations
