Staff Solution Program Manager

The role is to coordinate the design and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Operations Technologies for Costa Rica. Will likely extend into 2027. Responsibilities Strong project leadership and cross-functional effectiveness Drives the project by reaching out to the various team members, in person where needed Collaborate with Finance to align budget, track PO’s and cashflow Maintain the dashboards and RACI Maintain the sharepoint/teams/smartsheet communication tools Coordinate the series of workshops to be run with the chosen System Integrator. Must also have experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
