Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: Alpharetta, GA, 100% Onsite 5 days/week Experience: 6-8 Year Duration: 12+ Months Rate: $60/hr(C2C) or $50/hr (W2)6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce CRM programs.Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, and solution workshops.Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud capabilities.Experience in preparing User Stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for development teams.Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and release activities.Strong knowledge of Case Management, Customer Service, and Automotive business processes.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Ability to coordinate with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Salesforce BA certification or relevant Salesforce functional certifications preferred.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
