Account Manager (m/f/d)

divh2Account Manager/h2pAs an Account Manager, you are the direct contact point to our clients and the voice of iwoca. You manage your own portfolio of new and existing clients and support entrepreneurs independently during our credit process and throughout the entire credit term. You place the highest value on customer service and enable our clients to make the optimal use of our products through your communication. A fundamental building block for our success is to convince and inspire our clients and partners of our mission - ranging from hairdressers to dental practices and from financial advisors to bank employees./ppWe have already supported more than 150,000 companies with over 4.5 billion euros. You already use AI safely in practice to solve problems, work more efficiently, and improve the quality of your work. You show a good sense of when the use is meaningful and can justify your decisions./liliAccompany new clients through the steps for a successful contract conclusion and exceed their expectations by addressing individual concerns and finding the optimal use of our product together with clients./liliEnsure that our clients are quickly informed about their individual possibilities and our product developments./liliYou are responsible for your own portfolio of existing and new clients./liliYou build strong, long-term relationships with your clients and help them achieve their business goals with iwoca./liliYou have a good understanding of how companies work, including their most important risk and revenue factors./liliThrough your regular feedback on our clients feedback, improvement possibilities in our processes, or new offers from our competitors, you actively participate in the development of iwoca./li/ulpThe most important thing about you:/ppWe are looking for people who are smart, down-to-earth, and motivated and who want to constantly develop themselves. However, it is important to us to pay you fairly, so please definitely state your salary expectations in your application.
