Job Requirements

• - Respond promptly to customer calls and emails to meet daily service needs.
• Confirm vessel schedules and arrivals with shipping agents.
• Verify customer credit and generate service call records in the company database.
• Update customers on job progress, resolve issues, and issue completion reports.
• Coordinate depot logistics and dispatch technicians with required parts and job details.
• Review completed service work and authorize invoicing.
• Support inventory control, timekeeping, and administrative recordkeeping.

Job Requirements

• -3+ years of experience in dispatching or field service coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to participate in a weekend on-call rotation, including after-hours monitoring of calls and email.
