Work Environment

The role will be entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional and supportive atmosphere. Our team operates on a traditional working schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend hours required. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs and collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific goals.
• Provide psychotherapeutic services, counseling, and crisis intervention as required, demonstrating empathy and professional expertise in each interaction.
• Manage and maintain an active caseload of clients, facilitating progress reviews and modifying treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers and mental health specialists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.
• Ensure adherence to mental health policies and procedures within the clinic’s behavioral health program, contributing to an environment of high-quality service delivery.
• Screen patients for prescription and illicit drug abuse or alcohol addiction, providing counseling or referrals to appropriate resources as needed.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly, maintaining accurate electronic health records and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a current state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
