Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, evaluating their psychological, emotional, and social factors. Formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring interventions are personalized to address specific mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, developing strategies to stabilize their condition and facilitate a return to normalcy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Offer education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support services, advocating for client needs as appropriate.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest best practices and trends in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families who face a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid mental health therapist license (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
