Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique circumstances of each patient. Develop personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective therapeutic interventions. Adapt your methods to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for patients to share experiences and learn from one another about common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, sharing insights to refine treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective response to critical situations.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and inform them of treatment options and community resources available to further support their journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
