Responsibilities

• Make follow up customer service calls to past service customers

• Assist in the production of weekly and monthly printing of sales advertising mailers, postcards and business cards 

• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

• Log client interactions and feedback using CRM software

Essential Skills

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience

• Active Listening: Hear out client frustrations without interrupting.
• Empathy: Show genuine care for a customer's specific situation.

• Software Literacy: Comfort with CRM systems, databases, and standard office tools

• Prompt and courteous

• Enthusiastic personality

• Ability to work independently

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
