Associate, Office Leasing

Job Function Support leasing strategy and revenue generation across a national office portfolio. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis. Structure, draft, and negotiate complex office lease agreements. Manage third-party broker relationships and drive targeted marketing initiatives to increase property visibility and attract high-quality tenants. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing tenants. Lead cross‑functional collaboration with construction and property management teams. Job Requirements 2+ years of NYC commercial office leasing experience Real Estate Salesperson License Preferred. Strong analytical and relationship management skills along with an interest in commercial office leasing and real estate strategy.
