Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and update schedules as needed. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Analyze schedule performance and prepare detailed reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation. Coordinate with commercial teams to ensure schedules align with contractual obligations and client requirements. Facilitate regular schedule review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and best practices in scheduling and project management. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scheduler, preferably in commercial projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. Strong understanding of project management principles, including critical path method (CPM) scheduling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in project scheduling or Primavera P6 are a plus. Day-to-Day Create and update project schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust schedules as necessary to reflect project changes. Communicate schedule updates and potential risks to project teams and stakeholders. Work closely with the commercial team to ensure schedules align with financial and contractual requirements. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project timelines and performance. Support project teams in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
