Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health, San Francisco (Chinese-Speaking)

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team, covering patients throughout San Francisco, with a focus on serving Chinese‑speaking patients and families in the community. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, patient‑centered, and committed to delivering thoughtful, responsive care in the home setting. As an AlphaCare RN, you will help patients recover safely at home while coordinating care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and support staff. This role includes completing OASIS documentation, developing individualized care plans, supervising LVNs and HHAs, and helping patients and families navigate care confidently in the home environment.
