Buscando entrenadores personales cualificados que puedan ofrecer una experiencia de entrenamiento grupal fantástica a nuestros miembros. Como entrenador de fitness OTF, serás responsable de impartir entrenamientos respaldados por la ciencia y seguidos por tecnología para hasta 28 clientes por sesión. Este puesto requiere una gran capacidad para asesorar y gestionar el tiempo, motivando a varios clientes en un entorno grupal.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES
Ofrece entrenamientos prediseñados a grupos de 28 miembros Energiza y motiva a los miembros a lo largo de las sesiones Aumentar la asistencia a OTF y retener a los miembros actuales Garantizar la seguridad de los participantes en cuanto a la frecuencia cardíaca y la técnica de ejercicio Ofrece opciones y desafíos para ejercicios específicos que se adapten a distintos niveles de habilidad Asiste a reuniones mensuales de personal y a los talleres obligatorios Realiza eventos de marketing en el trabajo al menos una vez al mes Asistencia con visitas a estudios y ventasREQUISITOS PROFESIONALES
Certificación actual de entrenador personal de uno o más de estos selectos organismos certificadores acreditados: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA o AFAA. Certificación actual de RCP/DEA Se prefiere un título de grado en un campo relacionado con el ejercicio Conocimientos intermedios de fisiología, técnica de ejercicio y mecánica corporal Capacidad para hacer varias cosas a la vez y mantenerse organizado Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal positivas, motivadoras y efectivas 1+ años de experiencia enseñando grupos o entrenamiento personal en la industria del fitness Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente #J-18808-Ljbffr Orangetheory - Franchise #0179Vacancy posted 13 hours ago
