The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting. Implement tailored rehabilitation programs for patients with various conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and ongoing care. Perform evaluations and document patient progress accurately. Participate in on‑call rotation and work one designated holiday per year. Qualifications Active state license in physical therapy (license pending accepted). Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care environment. BLS certification required; experience with Epic preferred. Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans. Ability to work effectively within a team and manage time efficiently. Must comply with fit testing requirements for respiratory protection.
