Job Overview
We're looking for an Assistant Baker to join our kitchen team!
Responsibilities
- Transfer freshly baked goods from hot pans to cooling pans safely and efficiently
- Decorate breads and pastries after baking to meet TLJ presentation standards
- Shape dough for daily production
- Complete prep work to set the kitchen up for the next work day
- Work together with the team to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards
What we are looking for:
- Reliable and comfortable with working early morning hours
- Attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Bakery experience is preferred but not required!
