Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base salary + performance bonus + origination credit

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts bar
• 5+ years of real estate transactional experience
• Experience handling commercial real estate transactions independently
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and business judgment
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Residence within approximately one hour of Manchester, NH

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our growing New Hampshire practice.

What you'll do:

• Represent buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, and development agreements
• Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title, zoning, survey, and permitting reviews
• Manage commercial real estate closings from inception through completion
• Advise clients on land use, development, and transactional matters
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, and litigation practice areas
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in business development and networking initiatives within the New Hampshire and Massachusetts markets
