Matrimonial & Family Law Attorney ($125,000–$200,000/year) Location: Manchester, NH (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $125,000–$200,000 per year Join Our Growing Family Law Practice We are seeking an experienced Matrimonial & Family Law Attorney to join our expanding Manchester, CT office. This is an excellent opportunity for a respected family law practitioner to handle sophisticated matrimonial matters while helping grow a thriving practice. The ideal candidate is a strategic advocate with strong courtroom experience, exceptional client relationship skills, and an established reputation within the family law community. Mandatory Requirements to Apply Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active admission to the NH Bar in good standing (MA Bar admission is a plus) . 10+ years of concentrated experience in Matrimonial and Family Law. Demonstrated experience handling complex divorce and family law litigation. Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, mediation, and legal drafting skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships (portable book of business preferred). High ethical standards, professionalism, and sound judgment. Represent clients in contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, parenting time, support matters, and post-judgment proceedings. Handle high-net-worth divorce matters involving equitable distribution, alimony, child support, and complex financial issues. Draft and negotiate prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements. Lead mediations, settlement negotiations, litigation, trials, and appellate matters when necessary. Collaborate with Trusts & Estates, Tax, Corporate, Criminal, and Real Estate practice groups while contributing to business development, mentoring, and practice growth.
