Business Development AssociateHealthcare North Bethesda MD Pay From $35 per hour MUST: 6+ years of healthcare experience Strong customer service skills and sales oriented Experience marketing healthcare facilities Ability to build and maintain relationships Drive business thru referral relationships with hospitals, provider office sites, nursing facilities and rehab settings Comfortable building a territory and reaching assigned targets Ability to use a CRM and enter and update database Ability to perform digital outreach Confident and comfortable making sales and follow up calls Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong writing and communication skills Proactive with ability to work independentlyDUTIES: The duties of the Business Development Associate include but are not limited to the following: Make 5+ in person sales calls on a daily basis Meet with hospital sites, physician practice sites, nursing homes and assisted living facilities to bring in new business and drive revenue Build pipeline of referrals Make sales and follow up calls Plan marketing events monthly to bring in new business including breakfasts, luncheons, educational programs, meetings... Conduct follow up with marketing event participants Maintain and enter detailed notes of clients thru CRM Attend networking events and join associations, boards, committees and other groups
