Human Resources Generalist

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually + benefits We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas . This is a great opportunity for an HR professional with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys supporting day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee administration in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with our HR Business Partner and help support key HR functions while ensuring processes are accurate, compliant, and employee-focused. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR administrative activities for the business Assist with payroll coordination , employee records, and HR documentation Help ensure compliance with company policies , employment practices, and multi-state labor law requirements Partner closely with the HRBP to support employee matters, onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations Maintain accurate employee files, data entry, and reporting within HR systems Assist with benefits administration and employee questions as neededHelp track and support compliance-related items, audits, and required documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate HR support Provide general administrative support for HR projects and initiatives Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, Payroll, or related support roles Experience supporting payroll and HR compliance processes Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office , especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred Why Join Us Full-time opportunity with benefits Opportunity to work closely with HR leadership and grow within a professional environment Competitive salary range of $60K–$75K annually If you are someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting both people and processes in HR, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cyient
