- Assist customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses

Compensation: $43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman.
- Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM's can work 8:30 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 - 5:30 with half hour lunch.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1994.
- We currently have 15 team members at our agency.
