Read more about the Goldfish Experience: Primary Responsibilities Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, take messages, screen and direct phone calls professionally. Process student registrations using effective sales/customer‑service techniques. Schedule and manage birthday and pool parties; supervise private party staff. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner. Assist members with merchandise and vending purchases. Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk. Check in students on the attendance tracking system. Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack, changing areas, restrooms and observation area. Monitor the Snack Shack area and provide guidance to staff. Check voicemail and email correspondence, responding in a timely manner. Update informational displays with accurate, timely promotions and literature. Provide occasional administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Make customer calls to resolve open account problems. Prepare twice‑daily student lesson schedules for instructors and management staff. Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents; administer first aid when necessary. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer. Qualifications & Skills Ability to work with children. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Experience as an instructor, coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or administrative office experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software systems. Must pass background examinations (included with training). Benefits Paid training to kickstart your career.
