This position is fully remote, which provides you the convenience of working from home while still engaging with residents of senior living facilities across Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' mental, emotional, and social needs to determine appropriate treatment strategies and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of seniors.

• Work collaboratively with the psychiatry team and other healthcare providers to develop program initiatives aimed at enhancing resident wellness and providing educational resources.

• Consistently evaluate the progress and ongoing biopsychosocial needs of residents, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, track progress, and maintain compliance with relevant health regulations; training on systems will be provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be primarily on seniors residing in a supportive living environment. You will address a range of psychological concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to adjustment disorders and grief. Understanding the complexities of aging, you will engage with residents empathetically, meeting them where they are in their journey and empowering them through effective therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in developing treatment plans and delivering psychotherapeutic services in accordance with industry standards.

• Familiarity with filling out progress notes and managing patient documentation through electronic health records.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience in the field.
