Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking a friendly and reliable part-time receptionist to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule, primarily working evenings from 4:00 PM to 8:15 PM, with occasional weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be a warm, professional individual dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and residents in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Support team members with various clerical duties
• Ensure a positive and friendly experience for all guests and residents

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or reception roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
