This role accommodates a remote working setting, allowing our therapists to deliver therapeutic services online. Our outpatient office supports this approach with the provision of necessary tools, including secure telehealth platforms, to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, adapting techniques to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans by utilizing assessments to determine client needs and goals.
\n
• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Narrative Therapy to help clients make meaningful changes in their lives.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals to integrate care strategies ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness.
\n
• Document patient information meticulously, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to continually enhance therapeutic skills and service delivery methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client base spanning various demographics, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. The focus will be on tailor-fitting treatment approaches to help clients overcome their unique struggles and achieve their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Current and valid LMFT licensure in Tennessee, with a thorough understanding of the state’s therapeutic regulations.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of therapies for individuals, couples, and families, reflecting an informed approach to treatment.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey therapeutic techniques.
\n
• A capacity for developing rapport with clients through empathy and understanding.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations.

• Certification in specific therapy modalities, such as CBT or EFT, is highly valued.

• Prior experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
