It Support Specialist

Position Overview The ideal candidate will join BELFOR's information systems support team and will be responsible for providing comprehensive tier 1-2 information technology support for a large network environment. Responsibility Summary: Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues. Perform endpoint software updates and other vulnerability remediation. Assist with the identification and remediation of cyber threats. Limited network administration including password resets. Assist with computer and software asset management process. Assist with mobile device management. Qualifications: Associates degree or greater based on information systems curriculum. 3+ years providing IT support in a professional environment. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Experience providing end user support in a WAN environment a plus.
