Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications preferred (ACLS, CNOR)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
