Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible, rotating shifts based on surgical caseloads

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR (Operating Room) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS Certifications (active)
• Proven adaptability in fast-paced operating environments
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to provide safe, efficient, high-quality perioperative care
• Monitor patient status, anticipate surgical team needs, and ensure strict adherence to sterile technique
• Document all interventions, medications, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Assist with room set-up, instrument counting, and patient preparation
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout each surgical procedure
