Production Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Assemble and package finished bead products according to quality and production standards.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and all company safety procedures.

Production Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate machinery and use hand tools.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, follow instructions, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
