We empower our employees with the resources, incentives, and flexibility that they need to support a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling career by providing many valuable benefits and a balanced compensation structure combined with career development.Job DescriptionMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years in a related lead or supervisory role OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four years of related experience, Two years of which in a related lead or supervisory role OR Two years of experience at the lower level IT Business Analyst or position equivalent.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of knowledge and experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc)5+ years of experience in accessing and extracting data from organizational and/or other institutional databasesStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy2+ years of relevant work experience in the Criminal Justice field and/or Data Management/AnalysisProficient skills in queries, report writing, and presenting findingsExperience in data visualization software (i.e., Tableau)Location: Atlanta, GAKyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
