In this role, you will:Assist the sales force by preparing site-specific drawings, including room layouts, elevations, and other materials required for submittal packagesReview quotes, design images, and CAD files associated with submittal packages, identifying and clarifying differences or discrepanciesRevise drawing packages to reflect changes requested by customers, distributors, production, or product managersReview signed drawing packages for revisions and appropriate approvals before releasing fabrication documents to the assembly teamProduce customer part literature as requested by product managersCreate models using the Revit platform to support the sales processDesign new sales packages as needed and maintain all existing sales package documentationWhat You'll BringWe're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and takes pride in producing accurate technical documentation. The ideal candidate will:Capably manage required administrative functionsDemonstrate exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detailVerify work to ensure accuracy and minimize reworkFollow work instructions, procedures, safety guidelines, and company policiesMeet established productivity standardsCommunicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBe self-motivated and work well with minimal supervisionDevelop practical solutions independently or consult appropriate resources when neededQualificationsHold an Associate's Degree from an accredited technical institute, or a high school diploma with 2–4 years of related experiencePossess foundational knowledge of CAD methods, including dimensioning and part creationAbility to read and accurately interpret architectural drawings, along with 2D and 3D modelsBe proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Successfully multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesIf you need assistant with the application process or would like to request a paper application, please contact Skytron's Human Resources Department at View phone number on us.fitly.work.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
