The ideal candidate will have strong experience in critical care settings and the ability to manage complex medical situations effectively.Responsibilities\n \n Manage patients requiring arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips.\n Provide telemetry monitoring and interpret dysrhythmias.\n Administer IV insulin and blood products as needed.\n Perform central and peripheral line care and management.\n Utilize rapid response teams effectively as patient situations demand.\n Provide care for a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.\n Ensure adherence to isolation precautions and proper PPE usage.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU/Stepdown environment.\n Current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications are required.\n Experience in managing acute patient conditions including respiratory distress, unstable hemodynamics, and post-operative care.\n Proficient in cardiac and vasoactive drip titration.\n Strong IV start skills and experience with conscious sedation.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
