ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in January 2008 and has grown into one of the top producing offices in the area, with 18 team members across two locations. Many of our team members have been with us for years, and that stability is a testament to the strong, supportive culture we’ve built together.

We offer a 9/80 work option — nine-hour workdays with one weekday off every two weeks — as well as multiple mini contests throughout the year where team members can win cash or prizes. We also enjoy team events throughout the year to stay connected and celebrate our success.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Randy Casey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
