Title
ICU Nurse

Schedule
Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Active RN license with verification
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
- Up to date resume with 2+ years of ICU experience, with preference for 4-5 years
- Required travel experience
- EMR experience: EPIC
- Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
- Heart experience is highly preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes in status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Compliance / Notes
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at time of submission.
- Scrub color: Navy
- Floating required to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding).
