Openings LPN 6am to 6 pm Thurs‑Sat LPN 6am to 6pm Weds and med pass 2‑10pm Thursday to Saturday LPN MED PASS 2pm - 10 pm Sun‑Wed LPN NOC SHIFT 6pm to 6am Wed and every other Friday Qualifications Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state. Ability to assess residents' needs. Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients. Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. A passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.
