- Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Weekend rotation: One weekend day per month Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 0
- Contract Weeks: 52 Requirements:
- License: Required
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises. Compliance / Notes:
- 10% salary placement fee applies.
- Background checks and drug screening may be required.
