Location: Jerry Seiner Salt Lake City
Compensation: $35,000 - $52,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

In this role, you'll be the voice of our dealership-building strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and helping connect them with the right vehicles and services. You'll play a key part in driving growth and customer satisfaction while developing valuable communication and sales skills.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities.

• Communicate our dealership's value and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain a customer-first mindset in every conversation, building rapport and trust.

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Reliable, driven, and motivated to meet goals.

• Ability to learn quickly and use CRM or contact management software effectively.
