Position Details:

• Start Date: September 8, 2026
• End Date: June 17, 2027
• Full-time, onsite only (37.5 hours/week)
• Five positions available

Caseloads:

• Elementary Behavior Classrooms: Requires substantial experience in managing behaviors such as physical aggression and elopement in elementary students.
• High Volume LRC: Must be skilled in running learning resource classrooms with a high student count (average of 43 students).

Qualifications:

• Current, active Special Education (SPED) certification or license in Oregon
• Proven experience relevant to behavioral classrooms and/or high-volume resource classrooms, as specified
• Contact information for three most recent supervisor references (mandatory for consideration)
• Commitment to working onsite throughout the assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Manage classroom behaviors effectively and maintain a safe learning environment
• Collaborate closely with educational teams and families
• Adapt instructional methods to suit diverse learner needs
