Field Marketing Specialist

IT Management Corporation (ITMC) is a Santa Clara-based technology solutions provider serving education, local government, and commercial organizations. Our work includes enterprise networking, cybersecurity, intelligent physical security, critical infrastructure, cellular coverage solutions, and related technology deployments. 101VOICE is ITMC's telecommunications and cloud communications business. It serves customers directly and works with agents and channel partners who may require field programs, sales materials, demonstrations, and event support. Role Description The Field Marketing Specialist is the local execution arm of ITMC and 101VOICE marketing. You'll turn plans from the CMO and remote marketing team into organized, in-person programs that drive lead generation, partner activation, sales follow-up, and customer visibility. You’ll split your time between headquarters (planning and coordination) and the field (events, demos, partner activities, shipments, content capture). This isn't a quota-carrying sales role, but every activity should tie back to a measurable business outcome. What You’ll Own Field events & associations — Maintain a rolling event calendar, identify new event/association/partner opportunities, and build recommendations (audience, cost, staffing, lead plan, expected value). Own execution end-to-end: vendors, shipping, setup, onsite support, teardown. Represent ITMC and 101VOICE professionally when sales leadership isn't present. Lead generation & HubSpot — Engage attendees, capture complete contact/interest info, and flag conversations that should become sales follow-up. Keep HubSpot records, campaigns, and lead routing accurate; coordinate pre/post-event outreach with sales. Track results (attendance, leads, meetings, cost, influenced opportunities) to show impact. Equipment & vendor support — Track and maintain demo equipment, booth materials, and promotional inventory. Coordinate vendors (printers, venues, freight, promo products, signage) and manage ordering, packing, and shipping. Keep approved digital/print assets organized and easy to find. Field photography & customer stories — Capture usable, brand-appropriate photos and short videos at events, customer sites, and demos. Coordinate customer interviews/testimonials and deliver files promptly to marketing. Marketing coordination — Serve as the day-to-day link between ITMC, sales, partners, and remote marketing, turning field needs into clear requests and deadlines. Help improve event, lead, and asset-tracking processes over time. Qualifications Required 2+ years in B2B field marketing, event marketing, trade shows, partner/channel marketing, or a related role (2–4 years especially well aligned) Experience running the full event lifecycle: logistics, vendors, shipping, onsite execution, lead capture, follow-up Proactive and self-directed — able to spot opportunities, propose a plan, and drive it to completion Comfortable speaking with prospects, customers, and partners, and connecting event activity to lead gen/sales support CRM experience for lead capture and tracking; HubSpot strongly preferred Strong organization, attention to detail, and written communication Able to capture usable photos/video on a smartphone or similar equipment (work samples or a practical exercise may be requested) Able to manage multiple deadlines across local and remote teams Valid driver's license, meeting company driving requirements Preferred Tech, telecom, UCaaS, networking, cybersecurity, physical security, SaaS, or VAR market experience Education, government, healthcare, association, or channel-partner event experience Partner/agent marketing, co-marketing, reseller support, sponsorships, or regional demand‑gen Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Canva, or Adobe Express Basic budget tracking, vendor negotiation, promotional inventory, print production, or demo-equipment control Degree in marketing, communications, or business welcome, not required #J-18808-Ljbffr ITMC.net
