Nursing Home Administrator or Administrator in Training (HFA or AIT)

About the Role
As a Nursing Home Administrator (HFA, LNHA) , you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our nursing home. Your primary duties will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote quality care and resident satisfaction
Coordinating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to our residents
Fostering a positive and respectful work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
Managing budgets and financial resources to ensure the financial stability of the facility
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care and resident satisfaction
Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or Bachelor's degree in a related field with a degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration)
Current LNHA certification
HFA certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care administration
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
