Responsibilities

Educate local families and businesses on how to protect their assets through comprehensive insurance solutions.

Analyze each client's specific circumstances to identify gaps in coverage and provide meaningful recommendations.

Nurture existing client relationships through proactive check-ins and responsive support.

Actively participate in community events in Fairfax to grow your professional network and brand presence.

Manage your own pipeline of prospects and guide them through the enrollment process from start to finish.

Collaborate with our office support team to ensure accurate documentation and smooth policy transitions.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in Virginia.

Demonstrated history of building and managing a client portfolio.

Strong comfort level with consultative selling and networking.

Effective communication skills for explaining complex coverage options clearly.

Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and licensing compliance.

Existing presence or local network within the Fairfax, Virginia area.
