Your Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and controls problems to restore optimal operation.
• Install HVAC equipment and systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Deliver prompt responses to service calls with exceptional customer care.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts utilized.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline scheduling and service outcomes.
• Proactively track industry advancements and new HVAC technologies.
• Follow all safety procedures and applicable regulations rigorously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong command of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• EPA certification is a plus.
