STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Staff Accountant

CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a passionate Staff Accountant to join our team in the Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Township) office.

CHC Solutions, Inc. provides medical supplies to patients with a focus on outstanding customer service. We are headquartered near Pittsburgh, PA and have multiple locations throughout the Eastern United States.

We receive an order from doctors and their staff, verify the products are covered by the patient's insurance, the supplies are shipped to them, and we bill their insurance.

Your future position responsibilities will include the following:

• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for designated accounts. Propose correcting entries/transactions
• Post monthly journal entries
• Assist the payroll and accounts payable teams
• Assist with special projects as needed by working with internal teams
• Assistance with preparing data requests for annual audit
• Build effective working relationships with team members

Qualifications

• Sales Tax experience preferred but not required
• Microsoft Office spreadsheet application
• NetSuite/Oracle proficiency preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
