We are seeking a GCSS-MC Business Intelligence & Supply Functional Analyst to support I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) by combining Marine Corps supply expertise with advanced business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics to improve operational readiness, supply chain performance, and enterprise decision-making. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys leveraging data to solve complex logistics challenges while providing hands‑on instruction and functional support to Marine Corps supply organizations. What You'll Do: Develop interactive dashboards, executive reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, OBIEE/OAS, SQL, and other Business Intelligence tools Analyze GCSS-MC supply data to identify trends, readiness impacts, inventory discrepancies, financial variances, and operational risks Design and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and executive scorecards supporting command decision-making Serve as a functional subject matter expert on GCSS-MC Supply, Marine Corps supply policies, procedures, and logistics business processes Deliver instructor‑led classroom training, Mobile Training Suite (MTS) instruction, virtual training, and desk‑side support for Marine Corps supply personnel Train users on GCSS‑MC supply processes, reporting capabilities, business intelligence dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making Conduct supply readiness assessments, identify business process improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to supported units Support audit readiness, inventory accountability, reporting validation, and supply chain performance initiatives Provide liaison support between I MEF units, the GCSS‑MC Help Desk, Logistics Systems Coordination Offices (LSCOs), and Marine Corps logistics leadership Develop training materials, job aids, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer products to improve enterprise logistics capabilities What You Need: Education: Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Data Analytics Management Information Systems Related field OR Seven (7) or more years of relevant Marine Corps supply, logistics, or GCSS‑MC experience in lieu of a degree. Experience: Five (5)+ years of hands‑on GCSS‑MC Supply experience Three (3)+ years of training, instruction, or user support within Marine Corps or DoD logistics environments Experience developing dashboards, reports, KPIs, or analytical products using Business Intelligence tools Strong understanding of Marine Corps supply operations, inventory management, and logistics business processes Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power BI, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), SQL, Tableau, Qlik, Advana, or similar Business Intelligence platforms Experience developing executive dashboards, performance metrics, and interactive data visualizations Knowledge of Marine Corps logistics architecture, supply chain management, and enterprise reporting Experience supporting audit readiness, inventory accountability, financial reconciliation, or supply performance analysis Ability to translate complex logistics data into actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to military leadership Experience supporting organizational change, business process improvement, or enterprise modernization initiatives Why Join Us?
