We are in search of an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in Rocklin, CA!
This position requires the ability to thrive in a busy workplace & work independently.
This position comes with an on-site 3-bedroom unit after 90 days.
Pay: $23 - $26 an hour (DOE)
Job Requirements:
- Maintain cleanliness of property grounds daily.
- Ensure exterior curb appeal of the community and cleanliness of grounds.
- Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant units to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
- Resolve light electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs in a responsible and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Maintain inventory of all property owned equipment and tools used daily.
Job Qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
- Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Be a self-starter and have willingness to take direction
