I opened my agency in 2016 after a career managing jewelry stores, where I developed a passion for sales, customer service, and leadership. I also hold the CHFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation. Outside of work, I'm the proud mom of one son and a lifelong dog lover with a passion for animal welfare. Giving back to the community is important to me, especially when it comes to supporting local animal rescues. I regularly contribute to animal-related organizations, fundraisers, and community events that help care for animals in need. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Olga Wolf - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to customers.
