Marketing Specialist

Our Cambridge MA education client is seeking an onsite Marketing and Communications Specialist to cover a leave of absence beginning in August 2026; this role is onsite 5 days a week. About the Role The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and executing multimedia marketing content. Responsibilities Creating digital and print marketing content ranging from social media content to website updates to creating marketing collateral. Producing high-quality photography and video of all areas of campus life, including extracurricular activities, major school events, and athletic competitions. Designing and updating print and digital materials that may include handbooks, health and safety flyers, emails, social media content, and the annual magazine. Creating and posting all social media content. Uploading video assets on Vimeo, Google Drive, and other video software. Recording and uploading weekly videos. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years experience of a combination of social media, writing, and design. Experience with videography, photography, and editing tools including the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong written, editorial, and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to collaborate with a broad range of colleagues in a fast-paced school setting. An understanding of social media practices.
